Terms of Service

VoltAds is a done-with-you service that helps service businesses win customers from Google. Depending on your plan, this includes building or improving your website, setting up and structuring your Google Ads account step by step, and verifying that your conversion tracking works correctly.

We are an independent provider and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC. “Google” and “Google Ads” are trademarks of Google LLC.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

To deliver the Service, we rely on you to:

• Grant and maintain the access we need to your Google Ads account, website, and analytics or tracking tools.
• Fund your own Google Ads advertising spend directly with Google — advertising spend is separate from and not included in your subscription fee.
• Provide timely, accurate information and approvals so work is not delayed.
• Comply with Google Ads policies and all laws applicable to your advertising and business.

The Service is billed on a recurring subscription through our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing you authorize us to charge the applicable fee for your selected plan and billing term. Plans with a commitment term remain in effect for that term and renew automatically at the end of each term unless cancelled.

Fees are stated exclusive of taxes unless otherwise noted, and you are responsible for any applicable taxes. Advertising budgets paid to Google are not part of your subscription fee.

You can cancel from your billing settings at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing term, and you retain access until then. Except where required by law or expressly stated in a written guarantee, fees already paid are non-refundable.

Any performance guarantee we make applies only on the specific terms stated in writing at the time you purchased, including any conditions you must meet to qualify. Apart from those written guarantees, we do not promise specific advertising results, rankings, lead volumes, or revenue — outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including your market, budget, and Google’s platform.

The Service integrates with third parties such as Google Ads, Stripe, and others. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, acts, or omissions.

We retain all rights to the Service, our software, and our materials. You retain ownership of the content and assets you provide. You grant us a limited licence to use them solely to provide the Service. Work product we create for you (such as website or campaign assets) is licensed to you for your business use, subject to payment of applicable fees.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or misuse the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time as described under Cancellation.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
